Here is a quick and easy way for you to gain great posture. When your body is properly aligned, the result is more energy. What’s comforting to know is that it’s very easy to incorporate Reposturing into your busy schedule.
This class is geared for the most flexible body (advanced) and modified for the least flexible beginner. It’s for people working out in fitness clubs as well as Seniors. It’s good for anyone and works for everyone!!
