Reposturing Module for the Chest, Neck, Shoulders, Arms and Hands
This is the module where Reposturing Dynamics got started. You will learn what causes chronic neck and shoulder pain, carpal tunnel and thoracic outlet syndrome, shortness of breath, asthma and more. When you learn the Reposturing signature shoulder roll, it will be your “bread and butter”. Learning how to open the rib cage bringing the shoulders to their proper position, you’ll help give the client relief from the above symptoms. When this happens it allows the entire body to balance properly according to gravity.
Strength patterns, unbalanced exercise, chronic poor posture, prolonged use of computer mouse and keyboard cause the arms and hands to gradually turn inward. The natural front-to-back balance of the body is compromised. Additionally, it may be the source of hand and wrist problems such as arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome and tennis elbow. By unwinding the inward rotation of arms and hands, the freedom of movement is restored and pain subsides with long-lasting results. Clients get their quality of life back.
Reposturing Module for the Low Back, Hips and Pelvis
In this training intensive you’ll learn how to isolate and liberate the six muscle groups that control the movement and balancing power of the pelvis that is most important for vitality and well-being. If your clients suffer from sciatica, chronic low back and hip pain, you can be sure the muscles in the pelvis are too tight as well as the muscles in the legs. Clients also report improvement with sexual function as well as elimination. This is a key for longevity while aging.
Reposturing Module for the Legs and Feet
This Reposturing module will give you the routines and skill to lengthen and restore mobility and circulation to the leg muscles. It’s often taken for granted the mileage put on legs, knees, ankles and feet in a lifetime. Learn how improper balance of the shoulders and pelvis takes a toll on muscles and joints in the legs and feet. Leg stiffness is one of the most notable signs of aging. Most leg and foot problems are both preventable and reversible. With this work your clients will feel like dancing again.
Reposturing Fitness in the Gym
In this course you’ll learn the essential points on how to get the best workout for your body while balancing strength and flexibility in the core posture muscles. Your clients will pay you to help them create a workout plan to keep them exercising and out of pain.
This training intensive was born from one-on-one Reposturing clients who wanted to actively participate in stretching and flexibility while working out at home or in the gym. You will learn how to use gym equipment in a posture friendly way. You’ll learn beginners and advanced exercises to teach your clients for better balance without pain. Muscles need to be long and h3, not short and tight! This module is actually for anyone motivated to have great posture and incorporate the philosophy into every day life.
This Facial module will enable you to help your clients get rid of old tension patterns and facial stress, which leads to deep lines in the cheek, neck, lips and around the eyes. It can also help with jaw pain, TMJD and headaches. This therapeutic treatment is designed to restore circulation and freedom of movement to the deep facial muscles that cause premature aging and/or dental problems. In this training intensive you’ll leave speaking confidently about symptoms and solutions to help your clients who suffer from tension-derived issues of the face, chest, and neck.
